Palm Beach boasts a plethora of activities to indulge in, such as surfing, swimming, and sunbathing on the iconic Palm Beach itself.

Given the site’s steepness, designing a house in this area, where the natural and scenic beauty is unparalleled, was a dream and a challenge.

It consists of six levels, where the first three are a compilation of a pavilion, a plunge pool, and a gym. These all have been designed to be apart from the private areas of the house.The private residence zone is made of the last top three levels, capturing the most iconic views of the ocean and Palm Beach. Some of these levels have been designed as tilted volumes to give the front facade the perfect positioning to capture the northern aspect of the site.

A central lift acts as a connector through the spine of this home.The garage will make car aficionados overjoyed as it has floor space to park six vehicles for the owners and guests.
